  Either call us or use the form on this page to submit your contact information and property details that suit your exit strategy.
• We Notify You Of New Properties
  We contract with sellers in South Jersey and we pride ourselves in only offering numbers that make sense to seasoned and new investors alike. We’ll notify you when we add new deeply discounted wholesale properties to our inventory.
• You Let Us Know If You’re Interested
  When new properties become available, we will send you the information via email. When you see a property that you are interested in, you just contact us and we can have a discussion about the details. I only deal with people that I speak with on the phone or meet in person!
• We ask that you attempt to Close Within 30 Days sooner depending on the situation!
  You say yes, and we handle all the paperwork and do all the legwork for you to setup a fast and super simple closing or as soon as the property is clear to close. We allow investors to use their own title companies if we have worked with them before, otherwise we have a dedicated title agency that we use.
